Deep ruby in color, bursting with aromas of intense black berries, baked plum and violets. A full bodied, well-structured palate with concentrated, juicy black fruit, liquorice notes and ripe, round tannins. All combining to give a rich, long and smooth finish.

|Intense aromas of fresh plums and cherries are harmoniously balanced by subtle notes of rose and sweet spices and mild hints of caramel, vanilla, and mocha. A full-bodied wine with concentrated fruit flavors, a balanced acidity, and a velvety texture. Sweet tannins linger through the persistent, lengthy finish. Ruca Malen Petit Verdot is aged in 80% French and 20% American new and second-use oak barrels for 12 months.
