Burgundy red color. Intense and spicy bouquet, hints of fruit in spirit with clear notes of coffee, cocoa, roasted hazelnut and dried grape. Warm, vigorous, with a full, austere, rounded and balanced flavor.

|Its main feature comes from the peculiar way it is produced. It is the result of the vinification of grapes left to dry in stackable plastic boxes until December-January so that it develops a high concentration in sugar and a peculiar aroma. It is a full, round wine with a pronounced, complex aroma. Suitable for very long ageing, provided that it is properly kept in a dry place and with the bottle lying down.
