|Grapes from vines planted in 1979 at Willard Farms, Rattlesnake Hills and Phil Church in Yakima Valley near Sunnyside, were
harvested in the morning to preserve freshness and acidity. The fruit was whole cluster pressed, racked off its solids and
fermented slowly in stainless steel tanks. After fermentation, the wine was cold stabilized, and filtered before bottling.
