Our 2010 vintage shows aromas of plums, cranberries, allspice and dried ginger with barrel notes of cedar cigar box. Grapes from Lodi, Paso Robles, Santa Barbara and Monterey. This is a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot, aged in French oak for approximately 9 months. Drinks of cherries, black currants and boysenberry jam with herbal spice. A splash of Merlot and Zinfandel bumps up the fruit flavors and keeps it easy drinking. Medium bodied with surprising richness.
