An opaque, blackberry juice, almost black, colored wine. The nose is intense and full of fruit like plums, black/boysenberries – not a hugely peppery shiraz on the nose. The palate has some dry notes that the acidity then washes over with fruit and then comes the spice. Long and full flavored with trade mark Aussie gentle tannins, a wine that true die hard Aussie Shiraz drinkers should most definitely come and try.
