Dark ruby red color. Ripe red cherries and spice aromas. Juicy red berry old vine Grenache fruit presents itself on the front palate whilst the Mourvedre and Shiraz provide structure, concentration and depth. Hints of white pepper, spice and depth are evident with a soft tannin framework ensuring a supple, soft texture to finish.

The GMS shows classic stylistic notes typical of the generosity of flavours that are purely Barossa. Through careful selection of the best fruit, this blend of 55% Grenache, 25% Mourvedre and 20% Shiraz was harvested from vineyards with an average age of 70 years.
