The 2013 Cabernet Sauvignon Estate comes from the estate vineyards and is a blend of 90% Cabernet Sauvignon, 7% Merlot and 3% Cabernet Franc. This showed well. It's a 2013, but the blend, which was aged 22 months in French, American and Hungarian oak, is lusty, savory, hedonistic, rich and mouth-filling, with a dense purple color and not a hard edge in sight. This blockbuster fruit bomb has complexity, richness and a savory intensity that has to be tasted to be believed. Kudos to the winery. Drink now through 2030+.
