A classic dry sake inspired by local lore, Yuki Otoko is the yeti of north Japan, said to haunt the mountains and help lost travelers. A soft texture and sweet aroma of steamed rice resolves a to bone-dry finish. Pair with Berkshire pork, grilled salmon or creamy oysters. Serve chilled, room-temp, or warm.
