We do not offer refunds of any kind — cash, credit, or store credit. All sales are final. Exchanges are offered at our discretion, subject to the conditions below, and in accordance with New Jersey liquor law (N.J.S.A. 33:1-1 et seq.).
Every exchange request must meet BOTH of the following requirements before it is considered:
You must present the original printed register receipt from your purchase. Digital photos of receipts and handwritten duplicates are not accepted. No exceptions.
A store manager must inspect the product and approve the exchange before any transaction takes place. Manager decisions are final. Associates cannot authorize exchanges independently.
Broken seals, corked wine, skunked beer, or visibly damaged packaging may be exchanged for the same product within 30 days of purchase, subject to manager approval.
If we provided the incorrect item, it may be exchanged for the correct product within 14 days. Item must be unopened and in original condition.
Unopened bottles with a documented manufacturer defect (cracked glass, faulty closure) may be exchanged. The manager may contact the distributor on your behalf.
- Opened bottles (unless defective)
- Items without an original register receipt
- Items purchased more than 30 days ago
- Special-order or custom-engraved bottles
- Kegs and tap equipment after tap is affixed
- Any item not approved by a manager
A refundable keg deposit is collected at time of purchase. The deposit is returned when the empty, undamaged keg and coupler are returned within 30 days. Deposits are forfeited for kegs returned after 30 days or returned damaged. Deposit refunds are issued in the original payment form.
Note: Keg deposit refunds are separate from this exchange policy and are the only monetary return offered by this store.
