This special release celebrates Indian culture and heritage in anticipation of Indian Independence Day on August 15th. The collaboration beer, a 4.5% ABV Basmati Rice Lager, draws its name from the Bollywood film "Dilwale Dulhania Le Jayenge": "Small things like this happen in big countries." ⁠

Shane Monteiro of Queue Beer conceived this idea to highlight and celebrate his family’s Indian heritage through craft beer. The collaboration features label art by renowned artist Chiraag Bhakta, a multidisciplinary creator known for his work in printmaking, collage, photography, and assemblage. ⁠⁠

Crafted with Saaz and Motueka hops, this crisp and clean lager offers a light, refreshing taste with subtle bitterness, making it an ideal pairing for a variety of Indian dishes.
