The drink opens with the fragrant tropical aroma of mango. The drink's color is a vivid orange/yellow which represents the color of the ripe flesh of the mango fruit. Initial taste of the drink is that of medium fruit, citrus and balanced sweetness. After about 6 seconds the fruit fades slightly and one can feel a small tingling on the back of the palate. This is when the mild jalapeno heat begins to kick in. The shift from fruit to heat is subtle, this creates a very unique drink experience with a memorable jalapeno finish.
