Building Sandcastles is our Rotating Hop Series New England Style IPA. This time we used Sabro & Motueka hops for a tasty tropical treat (we put the lime in the coconut)!



Building Sandcastles pours a gorgeous hazy pale yellow and has a soft body and a fluffy white head. This version gives a nice amount of lime on the nose, as well as plenty of delicious lime flavor, with a subtle amount of coconut lying underneath. The finish is light and dry.
