Produced using the finest Central-Highland Blue Weber Agave. Slow cooked in traditional Brick & Stone ovens and given an extended fermentation. Twice distilled in Copper Pot Stills. Aged a minimum of 5 years in American oak casks & French ex-cognac barrels
