Logsdon Description
Pruim ‘n Brett is a farmhouse ale brewed with a single variety of Japanese plums grown by our friends at Tamiyasu Orchards in Hood River, Oregon. Primarily fermented with our house blend of saison yeasts, our house Brettanomyces culture was added at bottling. Providing a funky undercurrent to the juiciness of the plums that will develop increasing complexity with time.
