You can never have too much Rye, so Redemption High Rye Bourbon recipe approaches the upper limit of allowable Rye grain in a Bourbon mash bill. Aromas of light vanilla, red berry fruitiness and a slight hint of oak. On the palate, spicy, woody, and minty notes. Fennel-like notes of light licorice and black pepper from the Rye. The finish is long and smooth with a nice spice from the high Rye content.
