Schenker Description
Our Italian-style Pilsner is brewed with Weyermann Pilsner malt and a touch of malted wheat. It went through our multi step mash and hopped in the kettle with Perle, Hersbrucker, and Saphir. In Italian fashion, we dry hopped with a judicious amount of Saphir post fermentation. Brewed in collaboration with our forever friends @halfwaycrooksbeer.
