Toms River Brewing Description

Our take on a Czech Pilsner was brewed with Pilsner malt, Czech yeast and Saaz hops. We then further dry hopped it with Saaz hops, creating an unfiltered hazier look than your average pilsner. A complex and well-balanced beer with a strong, but clean bitterness, gentle hop spiciness, and slightly sweet and bready palate. This easy drinking beer is a free spirited pilsner that checks all the right boxes.
