Wheel Horse Description

Our limited release Fall 2022 bottling (only 1,500 bottles produced) is a 3-4 year Kentucky Straight Bourbon finished in Toasted Oak barrels. The Bourbon is made from a mash bill of 70% corn, 21% rye and 9% malted barley. Like our standard Bourbon, it's distilled in copper stills then matured in hand-selected, 53-gallon, charred American oak barrels.
