Limited release whiskey blended and bottled by Barrell Craft Spirits in Louisville, KY. Blend of four American whiskeys includes bourbon, rye, corn, and light whiskey. Finished in an ex-Cognac cask. Vanilla, amaretto biscuit, and black cherry on the nose precede a spicy palate of caramel, cinnamon, marzipan, and prickly ash with clove, burnt peanut, and chicory on the finish. Non-chill filtered; bottled at a cask strength of 61.87% ABV.
