100% spontaneous beer (Methode Traditionnelle) koelschip inoculated, fermented and aged in oak. Secondary maturation in freshly emptied red wine barrels from the Infinite Monkey Theorem in Denver. Intense red fruit notes, oak tannins, and coconut/vanilla on the nose. Released February 2019.
