Our house IPA that’s heavy on the Mosaic with juicy notes of cantaloupe, melon, orange, and blueberry.

DIPA brewed with raw wheat, malted wheat, oats, + piles of fresh Citra, Galaxy, Simcoe, and Vic Secret. We threw some Citra and Simcoe LP in there for that extra boost of hop saturation without the bitterness.

Mixed berry Gose brewed with lots of wheat, a touch of sea salt, then conditioned on raspberry, blackberry, and boysenberry purées. Tastes like tropical smoothies and grandmas berry pie.

A patiently conditioned lager with floor-malted barley, spelt, and a gentle hopping of Perle and Motueka. Crispy impressions of honey biscuit, mineral water, and freshly cut grass.
