Achával-Ferrer Description

Pinot Noir and Malbec were fermented in concrete tanks, while the Sauvignon Blanc and Syrah were fermented in stainless steel tanks. Neither wine was aged in oak. The final blend is blended prior to bottling to ensure great fruit expression, in a blend we consider ideal.
