Buttzville Brewing Description
Hearkening back to Dave's days running track at Warren Hills High School (go, Blue Streaks!) and his Norwegian heritage, this beer grew out of that panicked/excited feeling right at the end of a race. (Or more accurately, the panicked/excited feeling right before our grand opening!) Using Kveik yeast, a fast-acting Norwegian strain, this beer features balanced malt and hops characteristics, citrus notes, and wheat flavors.
